So I’m supposed believe that a local tattoo parlor, accosted her with a gun to her head, to get the face tattoo?

Excerpt says she inked herself during a period of mania and trying to prove herself as an artist.

I can believe a simple tattoo could be forced on somebody, but to get your entire face covered like that would take some very heavy sedatives.

She says a bunch of men she was hanging out with took her to a motel room. They gave her something so she passed out. When she awoke, she had tattoos on her face.
No, I don't believe her.
She hangs out with a whole group of men. Voluntarily goes to a motel room with them. They get her drunk or stoned ... not to rape her, but to tattoo her face?

Just ignore the backstory. People get tattoos for stupid reasons and regret them later. I certainly regretted the only one I got during my Navy days and was happy to have it lasered off 30 years ago. I think it’s great that she now can have those mistakes removed.
