On Tuesday, over 60 "Stop Cop City" protestors were indicted in Fulton County, Georgia on charges in connection with their efforts to prevent the construction of a police training facility near Atlanta earlier this year.

The defendants, collectively branded an "enterprise of militant anarchists, eco-activists and community organizers," have all been accused of violating the state's Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). Individual defendants are also facing other charges related to their particular roles.

Finally.

Any bets that if this case hasn't been 'curated' to protect certain parties, if it gets legs, prominent Democrats will seek to squelch it?

Or Garland appoints a special counsel and has the FBI go in to 'clean up'?

No, my money is on "see, we use RICO against Trump and against Antifa. See how even-handed we are?"

But six months from now the Antifa defendants will receive plea deals that result in zero jail time.

Antifa deserves no plea deals whatsoever, just long hard time in jail!

Any half-decent RICO case “follows the money”.

You know this leads to either Big Tech billionaires or other Democrat fatcats or one or more of the twenty something US intelligence agencies.

I guess Chinese intelligence is another possibility as well.

These cases have to disappear...to protect the guilty.
