Signature Series Spike Support Formula
10/10/2023 | Me!

Posted on 10/10/2023 6:16:14 PM PDT by ducttape45

I wanted to get folks opinion on this.

I've seen this product advertised many places, but I wondered if it really works. I've taken some supplements, off and on, for Covid since mid 2021. None of them kept me from contracting Covid, and none of them stopped me from developing Long Covid, which I still suffer from and probably will for months/years to come. I had to retire because of it.

The ad goes as follows:

Spike Support Formula contains all-natural, non-GMO, scientifically-supported ingredients:

Nattokinase is a proteolytic enzyme with fibrinolytic (anti-clotting) effects, that may maintain a healthy immune system.

Dandelion root may support cellular defense.

Selenium may help reduce stress, aiding the body repair itself and recover.

Black sativa extract may facilitate cellular repair.

Green tea extract may add defenses at the cellular level through scavenging for free radicals.

Irish sea moss is mineral-rich and may help rebuild damaged tissue and muscle.

I noticed the word "may" repeated in each of the ingredients, I feel signifying that this stuff may or may not help at all, and I read somewhere recently that all of the supplements that we were told will help us, in fact do not.

I'm tired of being swindled by companies and doctors that promote this kind of stuff if in fact it doesn't work at all and is just as much a money grab as pharmaceutical companies like Pfizer and Moderna. But I wanted to get your take on this. Please sound off, for or against. I think this posting good generate some good content.

Thank you.

If it looks like a scam, it’s a scam. “Healthy immune system” is a clear giveaway. Don’t be fooled.

They are looking at vagus nerve damage from covid. Try things to stimulate the nerve.. I use massagers and humming or singing.
Also NAD+ And Nac. Your genetics probably playing a role.

Also if you can get your hands on low dose naltrexone it might help

If you need to lose weight you can ask primary care physician for low dose naltrexone.

I got short-windedness August 2022. And ever since I thought my short windedness was long covid.

Come Sept 2023, my eye doctor told me one side effect of glaucoma eyedrops was short windedness too.

A change of eye drops seems to be the ticket.

If you might be in this same situation freep mail me.

Sheldon: Well, there’s some value to taking a multivitamin, but the human body can only absorb so much, what you’re buying here are the ingredients for very expensive urine.

Penny: Well, maybe that’s what I was going for.

Sheldon: Well then you’ll want some manganese.

If it looks like a scam, it’s a scam.

Yep, the golden rule.

I've tried many supplements which included NAC (my system wouldn't tolerate it), Nattokinese (does absolutely nothing), Selenium (again, my system couldn't tolerate it), and a few others. The only things I take these days are doctored recommended Vitamin D and Niacin. That's it.

If you try the naltrexone you have to start very small. It’s an experimental process. I use just a sliver of the 50 mg pill. Completely cured my psoriasis. I haven’t taken it in awhile and psoriasis still hasn’t come back...but I am sure it will.

You may have genetic drug toxicity issues. If you have your DNA you can upload it to genetic genie to help pinpoint it but 23andme DNA test really isn’t good enough.

I have a genetic variation that has been shown to have good response from naltrexone and sure enough it works great on me but I don’t use the wellbutrin combo.

The symptoms of my Long Covid are chronic fatigue, dizziness/vertigo, nausea and insomnia.

The chronic fatigue is not as bad as it was but I still get fatigued even after the most minimal of physical exertion. They call it "post exertion malaise."

The nausea has almost but all disappeared but I can only eat the most bland of foods, nothing even remotely spicy. As such items like sausages, mexican food, spicy tomato products, etc, are out of a question.

The dizziness/vertigo are still something I have to watch for, but the insomnia is still a huge problem. I can only sleep if I medicate myself to do so and I hate doing that, but it's the only way.

So I basically sit around the house almost all day. I have to be careful when traveling, even to the store, because if I get dizzy I have to pull over until it passes, and my doctor says it will be a cause for concern for the foreseeable future.

So as you can see, if I can find that "magic pill" I'd be all over it. But I don't want to get scammed either.

I pray about it EVERY DAY, trust me, and with world conditions the way they are, prayer is even more important.

Malfunctioning vagus nerve can cause those issues you describe. Fixing it remains a mystery and requires trial and error.

I have an oura ring that measures heart rate variabilty. Humming definitely makes a difference as does putting a homedic massager on the back of my neck..chest etc. There is no easy fix if vagus nerve is the problem. I was prescribed beta blockers but turns out i have genetic drug toxicty issues with them.If you have insurance and have met your deductible you can ask for a tilt table test.

May doesn’t mean wiil. They can’t say it will do anything. It is a nutritional supplement. Any claims of actual efficacy open them up to legal troubles. They are upfront about their ingredients and what they may be able to do based on nutritional supplement lore. Note what the ingredients are and research their supposed or purported usefulness and make your decision based on that. Nutritional supplements may have positive effects, like vitamin C has with scurvy but supplement companies can’t claim that vitamin C will prevent scurvy, they have to say vitamin C may help with scurvy.

You may have Menier’s syndrome. It is an infection of the inner ear caused by plasmosis, I think it’s an airborne fungus. I knew a woman who got it from being near where bats live, and another guy got scratched by a cat and had it for years. He was kind of old.

It’s been quite a while ago, but Dr. Ardis’ wife had long Covid. I seem to remember she used the nicotine gum????...maybe which cured it in a couple of weeks.

Search his website for the answer...I would but I am tired!

Keep praying.
