Poutine is a nice dish. I don’t like French fries, too plain. But Poutine makes it good.
I have found that marinating French fries with Ranch salad dressing before putting in the oven is pretty good.
I rarely get to go to Red Robin, but when I do, I like my fries with their parmesan cheese topping (I make it at home with melted butter, minced garlic and a little parsley). A side of Red Robin's ranch dressing to dip them in, only adds to the flavor.
