When I opened the news this morning, I was made completely aware that Mike Johnson was NOT a very important topic
Three weeks of sheer frustration in The House was culminated in the election of a great Conservative and not one word has been spoken (so far in the morning segments) about him. Instead, we are assaulted with this madman to be followed by the return of Israel and Gaza/ Iran and etc.
The enemy of America is pissed and has a firm grasp on information except and unless WE the people start or continue to do the 1st Amendment freedom of the Press.
I only saw one mention SoTH, on Fox.

The only thing I read about him was about decertifying the 2020 election.
FBI is probably manufacturing something unsavory about him.
He was blown off the front pages by the mass murderer in Maine...............
He wasn't just blown off of the front page... he was removed from the newspaper.
What’s to say? They elected a new speaker. Now, they need a 2 week recess to recuperate from all of their hard work and stuff.

Understandable - the mass shootings in Maine sucked all the oxygen from the news room. It happens all the time. And if the past is any indication, Biden will be on TV today talking about gun control.
(Donning tinfoil hat)...Is it just me or why is it that, seemingly, whenever a matter of significant conservative interest happens, whether it be a newly elected Speaker, pursuit of crooks such as Bill/ Hillary or Biden, etc....a mass shooting happens?

That depends on where you get your news. Steve Bannon opened the first seven minutes of his War Room this morning with MSNBC and CNN etc. having an absolute apoplectic, nuclear, end of the world, we are all going to die, meltdown.

Thanks, he sounds good, I hope he stays that way. But his time will be short because 24 isn’t going to be favorable for the Republicans.

Worrying over press coverage or non-coverage of a govt flunky a is meaningless waste of time.

It would be interesting to juxtapose all of the mass shootings over the years against the “coincidental” political events that were happening at the same time......
