Bill Maher continues to surprise on the up-side.
He’s still far from perfect. And he does have a slimy past. But by golly, for the past few years Maher has been hitting them out of the park.
What’s important is that he’s talking not to us, but to the left. He’s saying things that leftists would otherwise not hear. And he just might get some of them thinking.
In that, Maher is doing the country a great service.

Some want to undermine Western Civilization so that people won’t vigorously defend it.
Look around the world and history. Just about everywhere else you’ve had emperors, kings, caliphs, and other flavors of autocrats.
Elites prefer rule by elites.
