A Bronx judge released the two brutes accused of pummeling a cop on Monday in a move that was slammed by one NYPD union leader as “upside down.”

Kaream McClary, 23, and Izayiah Jessamy, 20, were arraigned Tuesday on assault charges for allegedly beating up Officer John Hernandez after he and his partner asked the suspects to put out their cigarettes at the Freeman Street subway station, according to court documents and the NYPD.

At their hearing in Bronx Criminal Court, prosecutors requested bail set at $10,000 or $30,000 bond.

“when will people start taking the law into their own hands?”

I’m sure it’s already happening. You’re just not hearing about it. Seriously, who cares if a few thugs apparently disappear at random? If someone were smart, serious, disciplined about it, and kept their mouth shut their odds of being caught would be practically nil.

Surprised the NYPD doesn’t go on strike for a week and let the Judicial system fend for themselves especially Judges and DA’s. Let the hood take over for a while.

I don’t believe that being let out pending a trial should be determined by whether you can afford to pay your way out.

Either you are a flight risk or too dangerous to be let out, in which case you should be kept in custody

or, you can be safely let out, in which case it shouldn’t matter whether you can afford to pay your way out.

Technically a police strike is illegal.

But a Blue Flue pandemic is possible.

Way back in the 70s, during the last crime wave in NYC, there was a judge called “turn em loose Bruce”. He considered the arrest of blacks a racist act. He was severely criticized at the time for his soft on crime rulings. Now all the NY judges are named Bruce.

That would be agaisn the law, and punishable by life in prison with no parole... or something.

Jan 6 protestors were held for 3 freaking years for walking onto the Capitol grounds, yet the punks that beat the crap out of cops go Scott free, no bail r3quired.

Now all the NY judges are named Bruce.

That'll help avoid confusion.

The real threat to the Democrat’s “democrazy” is that there are way too many friggin’ “JUDGES” in this country. We need to fire two thirds of them worthless idiots before this country can ever move forward.

Can’t think of a better way to open the doors to more violence against police. This incident is telling bc the issue is so trivial. Asking somebody to put out a smoke results in a beat-down? Not getting the right sauce at a fast food joint is motive for trashing the place and assaulting staff? A mob of feral stomping a 17-year-old to death?

This behavior, abetted by judges and DAs, is hurtling this country toward a cataclysmic, dystopian future.

Who on earth would sign up to be a cop in New York City, - or Chicago, Seattle or any other anti-cop big city for that matter.

“A Bronx judge released the two brutes...”

So is “brute” the new term for an adult “teen”?

They don't even need to disappear. They're overdosing on fentanyl in plain sight.
