Curious as to your symptoms.

Did you take covid vax?
look up vagus nerve and long haul covid
try stimulating it with humming, singing, and massagers on neck and chest and see if it makes any differece
some people are using low dose naltrexone. hard to get...ask for it for weight loss or if you have an addiction.
There aren't any qualified physicians here, so you are better off consulting with your own family physician.......
If you're relying on internet opinions, then you're better off consulting with your own service station mechanic. You'll at least get an oil change out of it......
Did you try Ivermectin?
I have heard some people swear by apple cider vinegar fasts.
Also, skimmed over what they wrote but this definite typo caught my eye:
Please remember these are supplements and **to** guaranteed to any possible conditions you may be experiencing.
I am quite sure that should be **not**.
Sheesh...
A lot of people are promoting nattokinase for micro-clotting. Others suggest a combo of nattokinase with serrapeptase.
Someone I know just got over it, three years later, by doing physical therapy and losing some weight, just started about four months ago.
His taste is finally back, and his O2 is back to normal, 97%, the last time he told me.
Apparently, it was chronically around 89-90%.
He said the workouts were very difficult, at first.
“Please remember these are supplements and to guaranteed to any possible conditions you may be experiencing. That last statement looks a bit weird and I’m wondering it there are a couple of typos there.
After the word experiencing add, “are soley incidental and we bear no responsibility for anything that happens when using the supplements.”
Supplements are the lowest level resposibility in the world of drugs and because they do not require any testing by the AMA, FDA, or any other governing body they bear no duty to care. And a number of supplements have been misadvertised in the safety area. If you have a question about the saftey of a drug or supplement, go on the web and type in the substance and ask for an msds (material safety data sheet) There is one on file, at least, for everything legally, and sometimes illegally, that is dispensed in the US. It will identify dangers and use problems.

We take the Zelenko protocol everyday and we haven’t had a sniffle since last Thanksgiving.
The verbiage is just wrong enough to make me suspect Chinese is their first language. Would stay away.
I would first try the following, in combination:
(1) A good quality multivitamin and mineral supplement.
(2) Vitamin D-3.
(3) An amino acid chelated magnesium supplement, like magnesium glycinate or magnesium taurate or a combination of such AA-chelates. I prefer magnesium L-threonate because it also absorbs well across the blood-brain barrier.
(4) Olive leaf extract.
(5) Black walnut hull extract.
(6) The sublingual methyl form of vitamin B-12.
(7) A chelated zinc supplement.
(8) A vitamin C and quercetin combined supplement.
(9) The amino acid taurine.
(10) The amino acids glutathione, arginine and glutamine, which are thought to help with COVID and other respiratory ailments.
(11) A good quality, major brand of fruit and vegetable capsules of powdered green foods and fruits. I prefer Vital Reds for the latter because it has reduced lectins.
(12) Make sure your diet is good, with fish like wild caught salmon several times a week.
(13) Get screened for any possible GI problems, especially celiac disease or other malabsorption disorders. On your own, you can eliminate all foods with wheat, rye, or barley and see if you feel better. Avoid other foods that seem to cause you GI trouble. For reduced lectins, I use only strained tomato sauce.
I know, this is a daunting list. Start with 1-8 and 12 and 13, at half doses with the supplements for the first week or two, then go to full doses, and work the balance of list if needed.
I am not a doctor, but I have the hard coin of experience in recovering from what baffled a dozen or so doctors. In desperation, I turned to the medical literature and experimented on myself with supplements. In the end, I proved to have celiac disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, long-term, atypical shingles, and a brain tumor.
Now, I am in good enough health that 1-5 and 8 beat my case of COVID in several days.
I personally like the list of supplements you listed and I recommend you stay on them and even increase your dose. One of the mistakes people make is that they think supplements are like drugs and so you shouldn’t take too much. But in actuality, you most likely need much more than you’re taking and certainly well above RDA.
With that said I HIGHLY recommend you add a quality magnesium, which should be in the form of glycinate or malate (not oxide) and take roughly 4-8 per day (no more than 2 at a time). Build up to that and then stay there. Magnesium is different than any other major mineral as it makes 350 other nutrients balance out and sync. It’s excellent for your lungs and sleep. Restless leg, migraines, mood and myriad other symptoms.
Initially, it referred to cases where people didn't recover from COVID-19 symptoms within the normal timeframe for respiratory infections, commonly about two weeks. After two weeks, people were deemed to have "long COVID" and more drastic measures like ventilators were next steps to take.
After awhile, people with "long COVID" were correlated with low levels of the anti-oxidant glutathione. Glutathione is naturally produced in the body, but its production wanes as people get older. The COVID-19 virus spike protein binds to the ACE2 receptors in the endothelial cells, which blocks the body's natural production of glutathione. After two weeks, the body goes into oxidative stress, and the buildup of hydrogen peroxide in the body begins to attack the organs, which leads to organ failure and death. This is what the ventilator treatments were thought to treat.
In hindsight, the solution to glutathione deficiency was a regimen of NAC. NAC is a precursor to the creation of glutathione and survives the body's digestive process. Taking NAC prevents oxidative stress and the resulting organ failure. NAC was a treatment for "long COVID."
Later on, "long COVID" became associated with the long-term effects of COVID-19 after someone fought off the initial infection. Symptoms were dizziness, "foggy" brain, loss of smell, lingering cough or shortness of breath, nausea, and other seemingly unrelated conditions. I'm not aware of a supplement treatment for this, but I admit to not having followed up on this condition.
In short, an initial treatment for COVID-19 is Quercetin + Zinc, vitamin C and Vitamin D to slow down the replication of the virus inside the body. Follow this up with NAC to keep your glutathione levels intact while your body fights off the virus entirely.

Another precursor to glutathione is L-Serine.
L-Serine is supposed to be important to the nervous system, neuro-transmitters, and a a protective agent in various neurological diseases and neurodegenerative disorders.
It is an over-the-counter supplement that pairs well with NAC.
L-Serine is also supposed to help with insomnia and relieving nightmare dreams during sleep.

You may want to consider taking Glycine & NAC together.
Do a search for doctors of Traditional Chinese medicine in your area. Find one with at least 15 years of experience, ideally Chinese-trained, and from them, find one which will tell you they use both acupuncture and raw herbs, which are two complementary fields which augment each other. Check Google reviews, and go.
It will take at least two to three months. The changes are agonizingly slow. But unlike with a drug which can take effect with one pill, but then make you even worse when you stop, the changes are more permanent.
Compared to supplements, a good doc of TCM is like the difference between shooting spitballs and a Barret 82A1. Don’t waste your time on weak tea.
Good luck.
