An alleged intruder was shot and killed Saturday at about 5:00 a.m. by a Granada Hills, California, homeowner.
FOX 11 reported that police were called to a home “in the 11400 block of Swinton Avenue.” CBS News noted that the dispatch call regarded a “hot prowler.”
When officers arrived the suspect was pronounced dead at the scene, according to ABC7.

In California, you needed them in your house to avoid criminal charges and you needed them in your bedroom to avoid lawsuits (in Texas we gun them down if they walk on our grass...well, not quite, but almost).
And that was DECADES AGO in California. One can only wonder what’s needed now.

People only allegedly commit acts when they’re of a protected class. It’s why the gaslight media never hesitated to say that Kyle Rittenhouse murdered those people before and during (and after) his trial. Not “allegedly murdered” - no, just “murdered”.

Even in CA you can confront a prowler while armed on your own property. If the prowler lunges or has something in his hand, you can shoot him dead with criminal impunity.

This is also the danger of police playing thug or military depending on your views. A bunch of armed thugs bust down the door at 5 or 6am and the homeowner has split seconds to decide, is it a no knock police raid or thug home invasion. Pick wrong and you end up dead or in jail or both ;). Police no knocks should be so rare they SHOULD make national news because the perp was just that dangerous. My hearing isn’t great, I would wake up very confused with an AR hanging next to my bed. I’m pretty sure if the PoPo raided the wrong house or had wrong data, I would end up dead. I sure wont take the chance the thugs are cops with my wife. It would be a trade I’m willing to roll the dice on. County Sheriff is welcome to come to the door and knock like a civilized person anytime.
And if you remember, since it was a BLM riot, they assumed Kyle's victims were black so the old handy racism charge was thrown around until the truth came out.

Don’t they mean “allegedly” dead? I mean, if they want to be so stupid as to claim “allegedly”, why stop at other facts of the case?
Article is light on details...like is the perp assuming room temperature inside or outside the house.
Normally, a hot burglary of a home with children would be an open and shut case of lawful use of deadly force...but this is Kalifornia, so who knows what will happen.
