Its already publicised way too much to be used for Uke war propaganda, but it may still be.
Last spring a similar collapse of a 6 story apartment building in Davenport IA killed 3 people, but was promptly used for propaganda by being labeled a drone strike in Moscow. The link (if it works) is a ground level pic, but not the one I saw, which was a pic taken by a camera drone.
I recognised the building when a friend sent the phony pic labeled “Putin’s War On Ukraine Day 460” and “drone attack hits Moscow”. I saw the Davenport Public Library behind it. I had driven by it many times through the years, most recently about 18 years ago while on asphalt resurfacing jobs on streets in downtown Davenport.

That mistake was from Newsmax.
“The right-leaning television network, Newsmax, has faced public backlash for employing drone footage from a building collapse in Davenport, Iowa, while reporting on a Drone Strike in Moscow, Russia.”
Drive past the lot a few times a week.
A lot of similar buildings are now condemned in the area
Here is the source that used the Ohio photo.
It was Greta Van Susteren of Newsmax.
