That is about 30 miles east of where I grew up. It’s a beautiful area still, even with all the growth around Atlanta.
It’s what they are asking, not necessarily what they will get..
The last of the street survivors.
I want it, but $12M is more than I got.
If this were out in the boonies a bit more I might do whatever it takes.
I think Dale (his wife) musta decorated it. does not look like decor indepedently created by 1960s HS dropout redneck, rowdy, rock and rolling 1970s god-father of southern rock work. that’s not a slam, maybe a compliment.
RIP and God bless your soul Gary.
It’s okay.
The primary bedroom is on the main floor...
Listing agencies frown on using the term “master” bedroom.
12MM looks a bit much for this.
Yeah, for $12 million, I expected it to be almost like Mar A Lago. :)
Nice place. I hope he got to enjoy the heck out of it. A bit young at 71. But sounds like he had a really full life.
Don't forget the 80 acres.

Own it while you can, cuz Klaws Shwab says you won’t own it or any house soon, and you’ll be happy.
It is, but I think the land has a lot to do with it. 80 acres is a nice spread.
I’m pretty sure he’s not a founding member
A “personal grooming area”. Snazzy.
I love me some Lynyrd Skynyrd.
You’re right; though Artemis Pyle was with the band in its early, somewhat formative days, he is not considered a founding member.
Beautiful house and....80 acres and a private lake and all of it within driving distance of Atlanta? That’s doing it right.
Don't forget the 80 acres
…aaaaand that it was owned by Gary Rossington.
He wasn’t just some third string guitarist in a tribute band.
Skynyrd is the Beatles of Southern Rock.
Nice house but who needs 7500 square feet. That’s 5 times the size of my retirement home and we have 2 spare rooms.
Awesome band though and I liked 38 Special and the Rossington Collins Band as well. Lot of talent in the Van Zandt family.
