Russians are experiencing a shortage of ammunition of their own production, so they use artillery and mortar charges from the North Korea, which are of low quality. This is stated in the morning summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Due to the lack of ammunition of their own production, the occupiers were forced to use shells and mines from North Korea. Due to the unsatisfactory condition of such ammunition, rare cases of their bursting right in the barrels of guns and mortars of the occupiers are recorded, which leads to the loss of weapons and personnel of the invaders. In particular, such cases were recorded in the “Dnipro” troop grouping, where General Teplinsky is the commander. Russian President Vladimir Putin has been accelerating Moscow’s rapprochement with Pyongyang.
In one outcome, Russia supplied North Korea with flour in exchange for artillery shells needed for its invasion of Ukraine. On December 15, however, photographic evidence surfaced that the flour Russia sent was past its expiration date. It shows a closeup of two bags of Russian flour weighing 2 kg each.
They were from a shipment of 100,000 tons of flour unloaded at the port of Chongjin in northeastern North Korea. Although the expiration date was May 5, 2022, markets throughout North Korea still sold the rotten flour. It is likely that the flour was Russian leftovers, according to reports Kim received.

Oleksandr Kubrakov, Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine and Minister for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development, outlined the main topics of his meeting with Polish Minister of Infrastructure Dariusz Klimczak in Warsaw: “We discussed several issues in the transport sector, but the main topic was the unblocking of the border. We presented key figures and analytical data on freight traffic by Ukrainian and Polish carriers, which show that the problems the protesters were talking about do not really exist.
We discussed the arguments and position of the Polish side. It is important to come to a common understanding of the figures and data on traffic and market share held by our and Polish carriers.
In the context of the partial blockade of deepwater ports, the number of shipments has obviously increased. A significant share is occupied by the transportation of fuel, humanitarian cargo and grain. In this way, we provide critical imports for Ukraine and support export logistics.
We have raised the issue of creating a separate electronic queue for empty trucks on the Yahodyn-Dorohusk route. We proposed this earlier and we have done it. On Monday, the registration for the separate queue started, but it is impossible to see the impact of this decision, as the border is completely blocked (3 trucks left Yahodyn in one day!).
We also emphasized the period of stay for trucks with foreign registration. It is now 60 days instead of 20. I am grateful to the State Customs Service of Ukraine for the relevant explanations to the regional customs offices.
We plan to come to a common position this week in Kyiv together with representatives of the Polish government.
I am grateful to my colleagues from the new government for their open dialogue and willingness to solve problems together. We are working to ensure that exports and imports can move freely across our border.”

Ukraine and Moldova continue to implement agreements on joint control at border crossing points. During an online meeting between Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal and Prime Minister of Moldova Dorin Recean, a number of protocols were signed aimed at simplifying and reducing the time required for citizens and cargo to cross the Ukrainian-Moldovan border.
“Today’s agreements will not only intensify trade and economic cooperation between Ukraine and Moldova but will also increase the efficiency and capacity of the border crossing points in line with the best European practices. The latter is especially important in the context of our joint movement towards the European Union,” Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal stressed.
During the online meeting, the heads of government discussed the further development of logistics. Denys Shmyhal stressed that Ukraine was keen to extend the practice of joint control to all checkpoints with neighboring European countries: “This is crucial for expanding the capacity and quality of border control.”
The prime ministers of Ukraine and Moldova also focused on cooperation towards European integration, including the fulfillment of the conditions for pre-accession negotiations with the EU.

Ukrainian guerrillas have discovered secret documents revealing problems with cruise missile production in Russia, according to ATESH.
Agents gained access to secret documents of the Dubna Machine-Building Plant, Moscow region. They found that the plant was unable to fulfill the annual state order for the production of X-32 cruise missiles.
“By November 10, the plant was supposed to produce 80 missiles but produced only 61. According to a source in the plant’s management, the state order was too large and exceeded the plant’s capacity by more than 3 times,” the guerrillas say.
According to the guerrillas, the plant’s management has asked to postpone the production deadline until the end of December this year. There are still 19 missiles to be made.
ntelligence officers found out that the X-32 cruise missiles are being supplied to the 52nd Heavy Bomber Aviation Regiment and the 35020-B military unit of the Bila garrison.
“Both military units are armed with Tu-22M3M bombers, specially converted from Tu-22M3 to launch these missiles,” the guerrillas say.
Ukrainian partisans are actively conducting reconnaissance in the occupied territories. They collect information on the location of Russian military units, equipment, and ammunition depots. This information is then passed on to the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

The Polish government has handed over another 5,000 Starlinks to Ukraine. The terminals are being transferred to critical infrastructure facilities and frontline areas to ensure uninterrupted communications.
“Since the first days of the full-scale war, the team of the Ministry of Digital Transformation has been working to provide Ukraine with Starlinks. With the support of our partners, we have become one of the countries with the largest number of terminals. And this is one of our main advantages over the enemy. Thanks to Starlinks, communication is quickly restored to the de-occupied territories, and schools and hospitals continue to operate. I am grateful to the Polish government for another large-scale batch of 5,000 Starlinks. Out of 47,000 terminals operating in Ukraine, we received 19,500 thanks to our Polish partners,” said Mykhailo Fedorov, Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology Development and Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
Thanks to the agreements between the Ministry of Digital Transformation and international donors and partners, about 47,000 Starlinks are currently operating in Ukraine. The largest number of terminals was donated by Poland – more than 19,500. Some of them have been delivered to the Points of Invincibility. Thanks to this, thousands of Ukrainians have been able to use high-quality internet and stay connected even during blackouts.
Starlinks have already become part of Ukraine’s critical infrastructure. Schools, medical facilities, social and energy sectors continue to operate thanks to the terminals.
Starlinks are also helping to restore communications within hours in de-occupied territories where the russians deliberately destroyed telecoms infrastructure and removed telecoms equipment.
We are grateful to the Polish government and the Ministry of Digital Affairs, as well as the National Institute of Telecommunications, for their strong support in ensuring communications in Ukraine.
