Break-ins will happen to houses whose owners don't answer the door. Those whose owners do will be begged from, then threatened, and will find themselves undefended by unfunded police departments. All part of the plan. The end state of this is the banlieues of Paris and the favelas of Rio de Janeiro. A "fundamentally transformed" America.
