Trans actress Tommy Dorfman has filmed the moment a Delta employee threatened to kick her out of LaGuardia airport after she complained when he misgendered her.
The filmmaker, who is friends with trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney, was waiting to board a flight to Atlanta when the incident occurred.
The 13 Reasons Why Star claimed she was 'intentionally' misgendered by two Delta staff ahead of the flight last week.
Video shows the 31-year-old facing off with a male Delta employee who initially refers to her as a woman, before correcting himself and calling her 'he.'
At one point, the unnamed employee tells the TV star he could remove her from the airport.
'If you want to continue, I have full authority to escort you out the building if you want to play that game with me,' he says.
The video was posted to TikTok and later deleted. Dorfman initially captured the video: 'Didn't realize it was condescending to flag a human rights violation after another employee misgendered me incessantly.'
Delta said it is 'aware' of the video and was looking into the incident. DailyMail.com has contacted Dorfman for comment.
In the video, Dorfman scolds the employee for calling her a 'he.'
'You just misgendered me again,' Dorfman says in the video. 'Multiple times, both of you have.'
The Delta employee remains unfazed and replies that his use of pronouns was on purpose: 'It was intentional, but if you want to take it personal. That's OK.'
Dorfman then claims his female colleague 'did do it intentionally twice', which is contradicted by a woman who is off camera.
'You said he and then you said she,' Dorfman adds, addressing the man again.
The employee then tells the actress she is 'being condescending.'

“Listen, dude — you don’t get to control how I talk.”
Place your bets
Will the delta employee get fired
I say yes … within 5 days
“”Trans actress Tommy Dorfman “”
NOPE.
“Out of work transvestite”
And it “just happened” to be recording video and making mis-leading statements.
The thing is fishing for a lawsuit.

Give that man a promo and a raise.

That is the most important point. These guys want to parade around in heels and halters, fine. But they do not under any circumstance get to control my speech.
What’s a “trans star”?
The guy is a dude. He was not misgendered.
I learned a new word today: transmogrify. It means “to change in appearance or form, especially strangely or grotesquely; transform.” Since it is impossible to change your gender, is this not a better word than transgender?
As “she” rants about being misgendered?
I don’t think there was ANY misgendering, it’s a HE!
He. Him. A big-breasted brute.
Search me.
I always thought it was a truck made by International

I believe we’ve had enough of these assholes.
LOL
I say “Yes” too, but I side 100% with the Delta guy on this. From a customer service perspective there is a way to avoid this, and we all know “the customer is right” rule, but...
I don’t hold it it against him. That said, I am not his boss, and we know how that is likely to work out if his boss takes issue with it.
If they begin enforcing this where I work (using the “correct” pronouns in emails, etc) it is an easy out for me. I am already past retirement age and can leave whenever I want.
I thought everybody knew that "Trans Star" was the working code name for the "Trans Am" before GM settled on the final name.
Just replace the word “trans” with the word “fake.”
