If it isn’t just a camera illusion It is just some dirty leftover hippy living in the forest. They are all over the place.

The (legend) Night Marchers are not “demons” and would not be some black dude in a filthy poncho. Plus, they apparently come in groups. To keep them away you plant ti trees on the corners of your house and property.
