Pajama boy came out early in Hussein Obama’s 8 year reign.
Hussein came on TV after his coronation and claimed it as Obama Care…his work.
It did not become the Affordable Care Act until his last year of his reign as he tried to distance himself from the SNAFU he created.

touted it strongly less than a month before Trump won in 2016.

His last year, he then began calling it the Affordable Care act.

He never disavowed it or distanced himself from it; the only things he tried to distance himself from were the transparent lies he told about it before he signed it (e.g. “If you like your doctor” ad nauseam).
Did you read the speech? Not a negative word apart from calling it imperfect in his view and a “ first step” (clearly towards single payer).
