Can America Survive This Perversion of Our Justice System?

Here we are at the beginning of 2024. Election Day (should there actually be an Election Day) is a little over ten months away, and every day is a new outrage, a new WTF? moment, a new rule or norm shredded by the lunatics of the progressive left. This is happening to such a degree that the only conclusion to be drawn is that on the one hand, we have no government anymore — just an amalgam of cowardliness on the part of our elected and appointed officials (especially those of the Republican stripe) — and on the other hand, propagandized lawless provocateurs throwing temper tantrums and committing atrocities against the body politic and its legal system on a daily basis.

Every day as something else comes to light, I find myself saying, “No. That can’t be true.” Yet it is certainly happening.

Today’s spectacle out of Georgia: Fani Willis hired her lover, who has no experience trying felony cases, to be the chief prosecutor in the election case against Donald Trump. While she was making self-righteous and remarkably stupid pronouncements of her virtue and legal acumen, she was sleeping with Mr. Ward, allegedly her lover, and allowing him to bill the State of Georgia over $650,000. Among his bills, which she approved, are notations like a claim that he spent 24 hours on one day in November working on the case, requiring him to be paid for every minute of that day by the State. Seriously?

But as outrageous as this lunacy, this breach of public trust, and this likely felonious behavior are, it all pales in comparison to the clown show of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals hearing of today in the Trump immunity case.

Most Americans can’t even survive without their paid TV subscriptions, even if it means pouring money into the media that’s pushing this. If this country does survive, it will be by Grace, and not because it deserved to.

“...Every day as something else comes to light, I find myself saying, “No. That can’t be true.” Yet it is certainly happening...”

It’s not a unique state of mind among Americans.

Everyone is disgusted with the increasingly arbitrary conduct of the ‘government’. To a man, our ‘leaders’ are seen as the most rapacious crowd of completely self-serving and traitorous criminals who routinely place their own interests above all else and who answer to no one .

Americans regard our ‘representatives’ as a cult of privileged scoundrels who shamelessly capitalize on an established system of corruption and abuses called, the’ US Congress’

Shame!

For America to resist and then survive, the thought that America still is America that was.

The progressives have weaponized the law and the judicial system. It must be acknowledged that those progressives responsible are no longer controllable within their transformed legal system.

Progressives involved with weaponization of the legal system have violated the most fundamental aspects of the American Republic. These progressives have forfeited their right to life.

America that was must rise up and destroy the weaponizers

The “emanations” and “penumbras” that have been found in the crevices of the law have gone far to form new precedents that can even give the letter of the law the opposite interpretation from its original intent.

Strict interpretation of the law by expressing the original intent has become a lost art.

IF you put trash people in positions of authority, they'll destroy any system they control. White liberal 'elties' who hate our country are pushing this insanity.

Another example of our outrageous two-tiered justice system—pro-Hamas rioters tried to tear down the fence around the White House, yet no arrests were made. Meanwhile, the manhunt for peaceful J6 protesters continues.

There is no cure for inequality.

Money certainly is not a cure nor equalizer.

“who has no experience trying felony cases”

What’s funny is the stupidity of doing something like this when you engage in an unprecedented case against a President.

That these dimwits parading around in nice clothing didn’t realize is the level of scrutiny or resistance they are getting when they pull a stunt like this. Literally every detail of their lives is now under a microscope and their legal games similarly.

None of which will stand up to the light. But they’re completely unaware of that, used to preening on the small stage that is their microworld in urban Atlanta.

Hilarious to see. But also disgusting in that they managed to force someone like Jenna Ellis to plead guilty to a nonsense charge, and more to come.

America’s already dead, you moron. And absent a Trump47, it will remain deader than John Cleese’s pet parrot.
