All the more reason to buy a gas powered car.
Well, it’s just Illinois....../s
Tests found that electric vehicles are purchased by owners whose IQ dips between 20% and 30% below the average IQ value.
Ha. I first read that headline as:
Freezing Teenagers
Oops 😬😬😬
The battery also degrades quickly in heat.
So if you live in the Sunbelt where it gets hot don’t buy an electric car.
They also won’t charge or run well in cold winters.
So if you live up north where it gets cold don’t buy an electric car.
Salt spray from the ocean can cause corrosion of batteries.
So if you live near the ocean where there’s salt spray don’t buy an electric car.
If you live in a place where there’s no salt and temperatures remain between 40 and 80 degrees year round, then you can get an electric car.
Were the cars towed by trucks powered by evil internal combustion engines?????
“If you live in a place where there’s no salt and temperatures remain between 40 and 80 degrees year round, then you can get an electric car.”
That basically means a few miles inland in Southern California. But then if you live there, you’ll likely get the car stolen and driven to Mexico.
Homer Simpson: “In this house we follow the laws of thermodynamics.”
All the Commie Watermelons:
"Screeeee, only EV tow trucks should be allowed to tow EV cars, because of Green Gaia and ...... stuff!"
Did you know this? Cold weather causes EV problems in Illinois?
Who knew?

That’s what happens when you buy an oversized golf cart to replace your real car.
Exactly.
Most of the Seattle area would also qualify. And when the annual snowfall does happen, the heavier EV will allow better traction in the snow and the ice. We have found the actual market for 6,000 pound enclosed golf carts.
Finally a bright spot in the Bidenconomy, For tow truck drivers !
Usually the price of leftist virtue signaling is paid by the rest of society. This time it came to bite them in the rear. Couldn’t happen to a more despicable group of people.
Los Angeles?
No, too close to the ocean. Salt spray.
I lived in eastern North Carolina about 20 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean. Never hot, not very cold. It would go below freezing from time to time.
But salt spray was definitely bad; my motorcycle’s engine started corroding within a few months of living there. White aluminum oxide flake.
So sorry, not LA.
I decided these things are the greatest invention ever given who buys most of them.
Wonder if they still feel so smug and so GOOD about themselves... Lol
