I hope this coach can do something positive about the racism in the NFL and the NBA. I have noticed that race of the players doesn’t match the predicted population percentages. They must need a quota or point system to make it even.

Injecting race into everything is a failed recipe. I’m sure when he’s fired in 3-5 years he’ll blame racism and not his lack of focus on football.
