Mayo gave his take next, explaining that, unlike Robert Kraft, he does see color and is ready to set a good example that encourages teams around the league to hire more black coaches.
This is actually a good statement.
Mayo said, “What I will say, though, is I do see color because I believe if you don’t see color, you can’t see racism
And this cancels it out and bludgeons it.

This GOOFY A$$ coach is already wekk on the road to having a "One and Done" season. If he has a WINNING season he'll be kept on.. if he has a DISMAL first season he'll be let go quickly and abrubtly.
I say this because Kraft is TOO OLD to wait for success.. he wants it ASAP!

I'd say you're CORRECT in your observation.
He appears to, by running his mouth, almost UNKNOWINGLY he's POISONING the "Team Chemistry"... when that happens it becomes VERY DIFFICULT to WIN!
