Russians are being blinded from monitoring Ukrainian air space after losing another A-50 AWACS. An Indian expert suggests that the footage of A-50 Beriev ‘flying radar’ being hit indicates that Ukrainians are targeting Russian assets flying at a distance of over 200 km by modifying a drone to receive targeting data from Western surveillance and launching a heat-seeking missile.
But the video points at Ukraine operationalizing something akin to the American Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA)’s “Project Longshot.” In 2023, the Longshot project reached its third and final demonstration and test phase.
During the same attack, a Russian Ilyushin Il-22 command plane was also damaged. As reported by the EurAsian Times then, some experts suggest that Ukrainians deployed one of their ‘Franken’ surface-to-air missiles, created by mating Patriot missiles with their S-300 systems, to achieve spectacular success.
Over 40 A50s were built in the 1980s and 1990s, but as of 2022, only about 16 remained, with nine to eleven being in flyable condition. Since late 2022, reports have indicated that only three of these aircraft are still “fully mission capable”

The Cyclops is not stupid, but blinded and pissed, Odysseus and his crew hung out low and unobserved, for a clean escape. Soon the Russians will be mostly blind, and what working radar still exists, they dare not move from Moscow.
And with so much careless smoking...
Oh yeah… we got the russkies right where they want us.
A low-observable long range drone armed with heat-seeking missiles is a scary weapon. Think about that sort of thing doing “intruder” missions over Chinese airfields.

So the US is at war with Russia AND Germany. And for what? The reserve dollar hegemony.
The CIA’s downing of a Russian jet isn’t going to fix the fact that Russia has far more artillery pieces and vastly more artillery shells as well as far higher production numbers. The front keeps moving west.

I thought the drone was guiding the launch (from the ground) acting as a spotter. (Which is even cooler if you ask me)
The net gains in land are Russian and the greater losses of men and materiel are on the Ukraine side. Despite all the sanctions and warmongering. I guess God is favouring Russia to defeat the child mutilating “democracies” of NATO.
The Ukraine Is no longer a country, it’s a husk. Congratulations 🎈🎊🎉

And more than a few in the Black Sea.
All early reports are error-prone.
And slanted in unknown angles.
“Is it real or is it Memorex”
Limited time and resources, how best to defend against the new threat.
And as always, those who know are not talking.
Thats a good setup, if within range of ground based SAMs.
But part B can be so much more.
A whoisquery returns:
eurasiantimes.comAll this is interesting and pertinent because the Eurasia article mentions "Longshot." This is currently under development in San Diego.Domain: eurasiantimes.com

It says of itself: "The EurAsian Times is an Independent, Privately-Owned, Global, Virtual & Apolitical Digital News Site that specializes in reporting news and editorials on Defense and Global Affairs."
And yet, website registered in the US and privacy protected by a firm in Arizona, its official mailing address in neither in the US nor India. It is according to their own site:

One reads: "General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) is pleased to continue supporting the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) LongShot program. LongShot changes the paradigm of air combat operations by demonstrating an unmanned air-launched vehicle capable of employing air-to-air weapons."
GA-ASI Continues LongShot Support 6 March 2023
Most specifically, the San Diego company stated: "“GA-ASI is committed to the successful flight demonstration of the LongShot air vehicle,” said GA-ASI Senior Director of Advanced Programs Michael Atwood. Upcoming Phase 2 ground tests will demonstrate the viability of key subsystems. Phase 3 would initiate the prototype manufacturing and flight testing phase of the program. Flight testing would begin in 2024." The article did not report that.
So, an Indian website, registered, hosted and privacy protected in the United States, with its documented mail address in Canada, features a weapons system not yet in production by a company in San Diego. All in the context of speculating with "some experts suggest" and "may be a reality IMO (in my opinion)." Although the same article also says it could have been "friendly fire." So many options from which to choose.
It is interesting to look behind the curtain to see which wizard is pulling which lever.
Russians Continue Their Relentless Attacks As Several Villages Came Under Threat Of Full Capture!
Actually, the UKR uses the shell of S-200s to do the job. Nothing inside is stock, all different, far longer range. No drones need apply.
All mostly true.
In today’s “news”, the angle and direction of the slant can be a tell.
Whois may help, usually just another layer of an onion.
Even if the players are pinpointed, the big question is motivation; which is difficult to determine.

At about 6 inches a month from what I can see. At this rate they’ll be in Kiev sometime in 2075.

Ukrainian forces have withdrawn from two more villages near the eastern town of Advikka, which was captured by Russian troops earlier this month. Ukrainian military spokesperson Dmytro Lykhoviy said troops withdrew from the villages of Severne and Stepove on Tuesday. This follows a retreat from the eastern village of Lastochkyne on Monday.
The Russian defence ministry too announced that its forces now “occupied more advantageous lines and positions” in the area, and had now targeted three other settlements nearby. The capture of Avdiivka in Donetsk Oblast is seen as Russia’s most significant win since it seized the war-devastated city of Bakhmut in May last year.
