Political turmoil in Haiti has significantly increased the possibility of a surge in migration from that country to the United States...The figures reported here are based on Center for Immigration Studies analysis of the Census Bureau's American Community Survey (ACS), monthly Current Population Survey (CPS), and Annual Social and Economic Supplement of the Current Population Survey (ASEC CPS).

There’s a reason why Haiti is a hell hole.
Can you blame them?
I live in Florida. There’s a tower near me, named Fort Pierce with many Haitians. Not a safe place to live. They are proficient scammers.
Got any examples? I’m leery of everything.
I have been fortunate to know some Haitians all of whom were/are educated professionals, in finance, medicine and information technology. I think in each case their families came here to “get away from Haiti”.
I worked in the hotel industry in those days, and Haitians would be quite bold about explaining to white employees that they were NOT anything like American Black people.
I have not lived in Florida for a long time. In fact, the largest ethnic group in my current neighborhood is affluent Asian software engineers, who vote 75%-80% Democrat.
I study a lot of exit polling, and Haitian citizens appear to vote around 80% Democrat, but the samples are usually small, so that might not be accurate nationally.
Thank you for replying. I appreciate it.
