Collier County Circuit Judge Ted Brousseau set a $50,000 bond for Farouk Murad, 66, at his first appearance Sunday. Murad posted $50,000 cash Monday afternoon, Collier County sheriff's officials said. The judge didn't seize Murad's passport, investigators said.

Dear heaven what is going on, on Marco Island?? This is a second Saudi muslim to be arrested for rape on that island.
