While walking through the parking lot at the Eglin Air Force Base Exchange last week, I spotted one of the above Florida license plates for the first time. It looks very striking and impressive when seen in person. I salute the state of Florida for doing this.

From the above info on the Florida DMV website, those who choose this plate pay an extra $25 per year, half of which goes into a fund to apprehend terrorists, the other half in a fund to enhance airport security in Florida.

Any FReepers aware of similar plates in their home state?
