How do I post a photo? (vanity-help request)

I have a GREAT funny photo to post but I haven't done HTML in so long I can't remember the code for posting a photo that I have already uploaded to my own website provider. Would someone please give me the code so I can post it? It's a really funny photo pertaining to our current situation. I did a search for it and I don't think it's been posted yet because the search turned up nothing. TIA

If you search the site for HTML you'll find several tutorials which include detailed instructions for posting a picture.

Thank you, I went there but I'm still lost. All the image posting examples there are with a FR URL location. I thought it was important to post my geocities editor URL where the photo is uploaded and residing so as to save FR bandwith. I don't see any examples at the URL you sent me to that shows how to do that. Thanks anyway. Think I have to take up the other generous offer on this thread.

I DO have the photo uploaded to my website's geocities editor. I am NOT trying to post it from my hard drive.

I have read all your responses and this is what I JUST tried to post but it still did not work. Anyone who can fix it I will be glad to see you do it!
