~The Dragon Flies Lair II~

My Dragon Fly and Me

If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!

By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone

On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guides we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and I...

And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...

Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Yes, Dark I like it.

Thinking about writing a response poem.

I'll have to go off line to do it because, the server will drop me if the page is not kept moving.

Aahh.
Makes sense now.
Too much 'idle time' and it drops you to free up bandwidth.
Okers.
I got it now.

Well, that was Bram Stoker's Dracula for the Sega CDX.
And if you used the attack that was recommended for 'Lucy', she ate you.
So when playing the game, I had to kick her to death.
Cripes Harker looked so ridiculous high kicking like a ballerina...
In The Super Nintendo version there was the bridge we couldn't cross, and in Castlevania we got our butts handed to us.
By a bunch of fluttering bats...

for SAMWolf

Share with us the stories
so we will never forget

of fears faced
of years erased

tears shed
and the smell of the dead

of justice sought
battles fought

and the cost
of lives lost

Tell us the stories

of lessons learned
valor earned

victories wrought
the price of freedom bought

of courage, honor and duty

and how some gave all
and All gave some

LOL!! Love it, ms. feather!! I can't wait til Petey comes in from the garage so I can show this to him. He'll love it, too.

I'm glad to hear your hayfever attack has let go. Wish I could say the same for myself. *snuuuuuuuuffle* *aaaaah-chooooo* LOL!

It was so much fun having you visit with us, having a chance to get to know you better. And next time, my Chevy should be on the road so we can go cruisin' in style in that baby.....Poodle Skirts and all! ROTFLOL! You know I have extras.

Ohhhh yes, the Chevy, we will have a ball in that little baby!!

Riding around in the Miss Daisy car was about the best treat a New Yorker could have!!

For those of you who don't know Miss Daisy's car is a 1958 Lincoln, Town Car. Whoo Hoo, now that is a treat.
Petey took that Beast up the Tenn. mountain, snake roads easy as pie.

I did get the model right, didn't I Doo??

Radu and company were wonderful to me.

Boy talk about living like a queen, I had my own house with 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a huge kitchen, Satellite TV, a swimming pool, which I never did get in, great food and friendship!!

Day trips around the area, a guided tour of ms radu's Glass Shop, trips to the store where her work was sold at one time, and currently one of our radu's creations is on tour in counties surrounding radu's home.

She is very talented. :-)

*giggle* Here's a shot of ms. feather and myself as we got ready to leave for a cruise-in that didn't turn out too well. No one showed up! But we had a ball cruisin' in this beasty anyway.

You almost had the make and model right, ms. feather. It's a '58 Lincoln Continental Mark II. It's hard to remember all that, I know....believe me! LOL! It took me a while to get it all right.

LOL!! I wish we could've gotten a pic of the expression on your face as we cruised along. Priceless!! That's probably how I looked the first time I rode in it, too. It IS a dream of a car, isn't it? "The Beast" will still be here the next time you visit. We'll have to go cruisin' it it, too, along with the Chevy. hehe!!
