May be good news, but Judge Moore is contemplating running on the Constitution Party's ticket. Any effect Nader has will be more than offset by the conservatives voting for Moore.

Really to late for Moore to get on the ballot in many states, also money is an issue as well as name recognition. Moore may be seen as the defender of the Ten Commandments, but he is no Pat Robertson. Of course CNN will make him a major candidate. The question I have; is Moore still defending the Commandments or is it now all about him? Hurting GWB does not help his cause, unless he is one of those kool aid drinking conservatives that wants to promote a perceived anarchy so Far Right Christian Conservatives, can be elected. If anything four years of Kerry will push this country more secular! Not liberal, secular. That does not bode well for Christians! Besides how much money and on how many state ballots is the Constitution Party? Even Nader will have to attach himself to the Green Party to get on all 50 state ballots and get matching funds.
