Curious as to why Pipkin for Senate. I just got my sample ballot and recognized none of the names, so any info is helpful.

I have been and met most of the candidates at "candidate night" and I have never seen Pipkin at none expect for a Bull Roost in Harford County and that was pretty much a staged event.
