Well..thanks. I 'm aready feeling the presure to switch to the Democrat Party ..but I'm holding steadfast due to I will not forget what happen to Sen. Liberman. As the saying goes "If you don't like a Jew you don't like a Black or Latino." I 'm considerated a sell-out..what more do I have to lose?

I even have recieved death threats...I'm tried of running...I am conservative first. I have been approached when I was 15 years old to groomed to be in office by the Democrats..but as soon as they started asking questions and I promptly answered them they knew I was a conservative.

I wish Conservative part of the GOP would make an effort to at least start recuiting candiates for office in college of any race , creed, and sex all levels of government.

No, you're certainly to be applauded for remaining with the GOP. Frankly, I don't know how anyone who doesn't know basic history could be a Democrat. The party of slavery, the party of the Klan, the part of Jim Crow (I mean, for heavens' sake, the seniormost Democrat in the Congress, of whom has served 54 years (60, if you count his time in the state legislature) Sen. Robert Byrd, was not only a Klansman, but a Klan leader and recruiter -- and even after he "left it", still wrote how important the organization was -- the state of West Virginia remains a testament to the fact that it is almost completely devoid of people of color -- and that isn't by accident).

To see even the only Black person in the Senate has gone to campaign for Byrd and done fundraisers (!) for him, somebody of whom not too long ago Byrd would've preferred at the end of a noose, just defies the imagination. It's as if you have to sell your very soul to be a member of the Democrat party.

I agree that the GOP needs to work on its problem with not aggressively recruiting and funding non-White candidates (the latter being the most important, because you can recruit excellent candidates all over the place, but if they don't have the $$, it's useless). Too often the mentality on our side is just "not to bother." As is said, if you don't give non-Whites a REASON to vote for the GOP, why should they bother with voting for us ? It won't be easy, it won't be accomplished overnight, but it's something that is worthwhile doing for the long run, and will have to be a necessity. America is becoming a "Browner" nation, and relying mostly on the White vote won't keep us in the majority much longer. It's why this is extremely important we start getting this done ASAP.
