Well I guess this is as good a place as any to introduce the REAL VETS, not the CUT & RUN vets, to my latest effort to get our troops a QUALIFIED COMMANDER IN CHIEF:
If you agree, please sign up for the Vets Rollcall at the site.
If you don't, I know you'll flame away, that's your right and that's what our troops are fighting for... you know that.

War on Terrorism Weve already noted McCains support for energy dependence and his crusade for open borders. (Besides all of the rapists, drug-dealers and gang members coming across our Southern border, terrorists are also infiltrating the United States due to the de facto surrender of national sovereignty.) McCain wants to close Guantanamo and give terrorists the same rights as enemy combatants. He opposes tough interrogation techniques that leave no scars, but have elicited the intelligence that has saved American lives. (Personally, Id use thumbscrews and the iron maiden on this scum.) A McCain anti-terrorism policy is more likely to be shaped by his friends at the ACLU and The New York Times than by the Center for Security Policy.

I see the McCain campaign is still using the fear-and-insult strategy. Good luck with that. Don't take that away from them. It's all they've got.
LOL.

I saw this a few minutes ago on BigLizardsBlog. I was going to post it myself, but found this thread. I think the ad is terrific! I am no fan of McCain, but both Hillary and Obama pale in comparison. McCain has made mistakes and has done many things that I don't agree with, but he is the only one standing between America and the Democrats who are determined to destroy our country.

War on Terrorism Weve already noted McCains support for energy dependence and his crusade for open borders. McCain: Immigration Is About Security Securing Nation's Borders Is Top Goal Of Congressional Immigration Measure, Presidential Hopeful Says ...... He said border control is a federal responsibility. "That means fences, that means walls," McCain said.
He opposes tough interrogation techniques that leave no scars, but have elicited the intelligence that has saved American lives. (Personally, Id use thumbscrews and the iron maiden on this scum.)
So, because he claims to knows a more effective way to get cooperation from a prisoner than a former POW who was tortured himself for 5 years, Grunthor proposes the BRILLIANT solution of allowing Barack Obama to become Commander-in-Chief lose the strategically vital War in Iraq.
He won't agree on how I want prisoners tortured? Fine! Let's LOSE THE WAR!!
He won't agree to drill for oil in some wildlife preserve? Fine! Let's LOSE THE WAR and allow fanatical Iranian Islamists gain military control over the Persian Gulf region and the 70% of the World's known oil reserves it contains!!

McCain 14 months ago:
Published December 27, 2006 ..... Novak: McCain's 'aggressive surge' stance backfiring ........ conservative columnist Robert Novak suggests that Sen. John McCain's (R-AZ) "aggressive" push for a U.S. troop expansion -- or "surge" -- in Iraq may be costing the top 2008 GOP contender in the polls, especially when matched against another presumed front-runner, Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY). "The decline in the polls of [McCain], as measured against [Clinton], reflects more than declining Republican popularity ......... "It connotes public disenchantment with McCain's aggressive advocacy of a 'surge' of up to 30,000 additional U.S. troops to Iraq
"I understand the polls show only 18 percent of the American people support my position. But I have to do what's right, what I believe is right and what my experience and knowledge and background tells me is the right thing to do in order to save this situation in Iraq ... In war, my dear friends, there's no such thing as compromise. You either win or you lose." - Sen. John McCain's reaction to the Iraq Study Group Report, 2006

It is NOT all about the damned WAR! Hey lets elect this back-stabbing piece of filth and we might win the war, BUT YOU WILL NOT RECOGNIZE THIS AS A FREE AND PROSPEROUS NATION IN 4 YEARS!
