Why we Love Sarah. Her Obvious Secrets Revealed.

Posted on 09/15/2008 8:50:27 PM PDT by Jessica Mae

While many things in America have changed, some things will always remain the same; Sarah's the change America needs, because she's the America that will never change.

She's the lump in your throat, and the thumping of your heart when you're staring up at old glory flowing gently in the wind while the band echoes The Star Spangled Banner.

She's like coming home from school and being greeted with the warm smell of apple pie, a sweet motherly smile, and a loving embrace.

She's like sitting five rows up at a Red's game, eating cracker jacks and a hot dog, and waiting for a homerun.

She's like swinging on the front porch with your little brother, sharing an ice-cold coca cola on a hot summer's day.

She's like coming in from sleigh riding with your friends on a cold, snowy day and wrapping your frostbit fingers around a cup of hot cocoa.

She's the free spirit that flies o'er the beautiful, for spacious skies. She's the amber waves of grain. She's the purple mountains majesty, above the fruited plain.

She's honesty, simplicity, and purity. She's Freedom. She's America.

Very very nice Jessica! Thank you.

She’s hot too! (Trust me to take the low road)

Sarah’s personality is certainly part of her appeal.

Comparing Sarah to other politicians and their personalities is interesting. Consider other prominent women, such as Nancy Pelosi and Hillary Clinton. Nancy and Hillary both come across as such angry, resentful people. They want to tell us all about what is wrong with America, what is wrong with George Bush, and fill us with fear about what the evil Republicans will do. They want our votes based on our fears.

Sarah is an optimistic person, who is willing in these politically correct times to tell us all about what is RIGHT with America, not what is wrong with America. Sarah appeals to the better angels of our nature. The only fear Sarah gives us in a realistic fear of Islamic terror, not fear of the other political party. She’s willing to call it Islamic terror; she doesn’t use a euphemism. But while that subject scares all of us, she leaves us with the optimism that we will prevail against those enemies of ours. Whereas so many Democrats say the enemy is George Bush and Republicans.

Ok as a man...

Principal Charlie screwed up.

Did you see the intense definition of her calves. I mean damn. Sexy legs movie stars would kill for.

Put that with the raw core conservatism this woman exudes, and oh my god.... this woman is the American dream. Rosy the riveter smarter better and oozing that amazing Americanism and damned hot.

I am honestly convinced that Sarah is literally a gift from God. I don't mean she is ‘holy’ by any means. But when I review the history of this great nation I see time after time just the right person has exploded on the scene at the right moment. After a generation of women like Hillary Clinton and Nancy Pelosi and Madeline Albright, etc. along comes Sarah. What a breath of fresh air!

I don't think Sarah brings with her any special ‘godly’ talents, but rather she is the perfect example of what it meant to be a woman and a mother in America for 200 years.

While I understand the sentiment, Miss Mae, I really must object to the level to which the whole Sarah-Palin-as-savior thing has been taken here on FR. Yes, Gov, Palin is a refreshing presence on the national political scene, but let’s keep our admiration for her in perspective. The cult of personality that surrounds Obama is nauseating in its fawning idolotary of “the One”; the last thing this country needs is two competing personality cults.

I’m sorry if I have given offense, but in these troubled times we conservatives cannot afford to lose sight of the great difference exists between enthusiasm and hero-worship.

Remember how we all poked fun at the Obamamaniacs for making him into an image they could worship? Well...

All I’m saying is, please, everyone, stay calm and cool.

What is happening is that men are under constant attack in America; and all men fall short of the idea- thus our leaders ultimately fail and rarely succeed.

If they do succeed, the media with its anti-male/conservative/tradition aims to destroy our champion.

What we have in Sara Palin is a champion for our rights; for mens rights. A woman who is inoculated from the media and not subject to the failings of men.

The failings of men are embraced by the media; harmonized in rap music; twisted in San Fran and NY; amplified in all things socialist.

And when a conservative man fails it is trumpeted as hypocrisy of the highest sort- just because as conservatives we try!!!

And at this time, as our heroes seem less and few; a woman with 2 boys and a husband, who loves her family, rises up to help. To unite the family and stop the war on men.

She represents the bridge that unites the culture wars foes. She stops the endless bickering that women like Hillary only conflagrates. She brings back our home and dismisses this hatred that consumed Europe.

Europe has so beaten their men to submission that an entirely foreign masculine culture will destroy it entirely.

And we have watched the destruction of Europe. Instinctively we embrace Sara Palin. She will prevent the madness in socialist-feminism that is suicidal to culture.

That is why we love her. That is why Sara Palin will be the first woman president of the USA.

Welcome to Free Republic, by the way.

Your post and your writing about Sarah Palin is very nice. I’m only reacting to the Palin-madness here on this forum. Palin’s “image” is great. But it seems conservatives are falling in love with an image. She has become the Right’s version of Obama - a celebrity politician.

But your write-up is good. Please don’t think I’m knocking it. Stick around. This forum is great.

Wow, I really think you put your finger on something very important.

The assault on white males, and on Western masculinity in general, has been largely successful.

Europe is now in jeopardy of being overrun and dhimmified by swarthy, aggressive and violent Muslim hordes, while leftist males and their feminist counterparts focus only on what imagined or real offenses are committed by white males—while ignoring or celebrating those committed by Muslim and black male bad actors.

Sarah Palin’s strength isn’t diminished by her partnership and nurturing of the male champions and military volunteers in her immediate family, it is furthered, and it all makes for a wonderful, refreshing reminder of American and Western frontier courage, conviction, and conservatism.

The Communist Manifesto explicitly discusses the goal of destroying the institutions of marriage and the family, so that the state can take their place entirely.

Sarah Palin represents the antidote to such a dystopian agenda, and as you pointed out, she is somewhat indemnified from the usual attacks because of the fact that, like Ann Coulter and Michelle Malkin, she’s able to speak out in certain ways that are utterly forbidden for white men.

I agree with those that have warned against the ‘Messiah-fication’ of Sarah, however we have to appreciate that our cause has been hungry and hoping, praying for “another Reagan” for quite some time now—so achingly—that we shouldn’t fail to promote and support the surprise answer to our prayers in the form of a woman from Wasilla.

I don’t worship her image, or HER for that matter. But (as( I said before):

Sarah makes me feel good about America. She represents how America SHOULD be - friendly and wholesome, firm with a genuine smile.

Wouldn’t you want your trusted and loved mother, sister, aunt, or daughter running the country?

Of course I’d much prefer my mother(a longtime Freeper who posts as jacquej) as POTUS than Hussein.

Sheesh, I don’t even know you at all, really, but I’m certain YOU’d be better in the Oval Office than any Dhimmicrat communist!
