She hit the nail on the head, problem is, the media turned many into sheep and told them what to believe, and because of this, we are ALL suffering the consequences
To: knarf
So far, she’s been proven right on just about everything she said before and after the election. As time goes on, I believe more and more people will realize that.

I remember watching that and how inspired I was by her delivery.
I'm glad to have found it again.

But why should we believe Palin? After all, John McCain said that Hussein would be a good president. It’s all so confusing.

Good for you. My definition of a politician precludes me from following suit. Politician: A thief hired by the people to protect their gold.

So Barry disappointed you, eh?

I still have that entire speech on a DVDr I recorded to. I was a beautiful moment in politics. And something for the history books because that speech drew a larger audiance than Obama’s acceptance speech
To: knarf
Sarah Palin has it, no doubt.

Sorry for the vagueness. I was responding to your statement that you fell in love again (with Palin).
My dad had a quote he was fond of: "never love a horse, a poker hand, or a politician."
Sure, I'd vote for Palin given our current choices, but she wouldn't get a free pass either.

I fell head over heels (during the debate) when she winked at me.

Barack Obama will forever have a burning hatred for Sarah Palin because of this speech. A beautiful woman mocked him relentlessly in front of 40 million people.

Yes we were warned.

She made my heart sing, and she still does. I remember the morning that we learned that she was McCain's pick, was a glorious morning. First we heard the buzz from Campaign Carl that there was a small plane in from Alaska, lots of ups and downs. NBC reports that Sarah is at home in Alaska, later Carl says, you know its only 4 am in Alaska, who did they talk to? Carl stays on the story. Our hearts sunk when we learned from the rats at NBC that Sarah was home, but they were wrong as usual. Then we hear from Carl that Timmy P is not the guy, Mittens is not the guy, everything points to Alaska and Sarah, says Carl. Then we learn that the small plane was registered to a top McCain donor, and later that the flight went from small town Alaska to Flagstaff Arizona to where the announcement was made. I was flipping back to PMSNBC and they still are going with the story that Sarah is home in Alaska.
I was sure that morning that Sarah would be the VP, just goes to show that the MSM still rules the day, in spite of talk radio, Fox and places like Free Republic. Mind you Fox is becoming more and more MSM, they where not much help with their phony polls.
