JoCo might as well be appendaged to KC,MO and they can have the moonbat Emanuel Cleaver as their Rep.
I believe Sam Brownback carried the KS-03 in his Senate runs. Ditto for Dubya. So a friendly conservative can win there. Its seems the people of JoCo don’t like people who bang their Bibles like Phil Kline.
