The newfound sense of "we" showed in the absence of bickering over social issues like abortion that typically divide the party gatherings. Yup, the "New CA GOP" is just like the "Old CA GOP: throw our little babies under the bus.
Trying to be like Democrats is a losing strategy, and is what led to the party falling into disarray. Stand for something!
