Maryland could use some serious help in defeating Steny Hoyer in November... yeah it CAN be done.

This guy has the potential and I believe is a serious challenger. Lollar is a former Marine officer who spent time overseas in Kosovo and continues to serve in a reserve capacity as an Intelligence Analyst at the Pentagon.
Former Charles County Republican Party chairman Charles Lollar is intent on unseating House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer this fall, thus ending the Maryland Democrat’s 28-year run in Congress.
“The demographics are different across Prince George’s, Calvert and Saint Mary’s counties. But the concerns are the same. People are afraid of all this spending, of a socialized way of doing business,” Mr. Lollar tells The Beltway. “And the problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people’s money.”
“It’s extremely significant [to be running against Hoyer] because here you have the ringleader who’s trying to put this public option through who’s in the back doors, making these decisions, doing all the work behind the scenes… by doing this as a recognized leader, leading the socialist movement. We beat him and we change the whole spirit of our country,” Lollar said.

I’m local, in NoVa. Maryland is a communist state, but if the polls tell me this guy has a shot, maybe I’ll help him out campaigning.

I think they drug the water in Montgomery and PG counties, to keep the natives voting in a true zombie-democrat mindset. Just ask Michael Steele.

Those of us who can need to help those who are running to save our America and our beloved Constitution. While I cannot vote for him, I can send some money to help get the message out, cover travel expenses, etc. We really need strong conservative Republicans and Independents to take the places of these Marxists and corrupt politicians. It’s time for change!

The Republicans will never win if they don’t start educating their ‘spokespeople’ on TV. The Democrats have talking points - most of them lies - the uneducated Republican just sits there. They should be able to strike back with the truth.
Example: the Democrats say ObamaCare strengthens Medicare. The truth is, this is a big LIE. The CBO says that would be double-counting:
“To describe the full amount of HI trust fund savings as both improving the government’s ability to pay future Medicare benefits and financing new spending outside of Medicare would essentially double-count a large share of those savings and thus overstate the improvement in the government’s fiscal position.”
