The Republicans shouldn't even be playing in the Hawaii special election for the House seat opened when Democratic Rep. Neil Abercrombie decided to run for governor. But it's a sign of the poisonous political atmosphere for Democrats that a GOP candidate has a chance at seizing what is arguably President Obama's hometown House seat.

What, did Boama make Kenya a new state? It says something about Bioama’s home town.

“Fears are so high they’ll split the vote that some Democrats are quietly urging Obama to ask either former Rep. Ed Case or state Senate President Colleen Hanabusa to get out.”
Expect criminal activity: a huge bribe by Obama to Case or Hanabusa.

I don't think he can count that high. There are a lot of things that we do not know about Boama.

If they have to work this hard, and spend this much money, in their safe districts, they are toast in the swing seats.

Well it ain’t exactly a “safe” rat seat. It’s the more Republican of the 2 Hawaii seats. It has been held by the GOP in the past by Pat Saiki 1987-90.
Obama won it huge.
But in 2004 George Bush got a meaty 48% there. And in 2002 and 2006 Republican Governor Linda Lingle carried the district.
In 1996 the rat Amberbrombie nearly lost.
Our guy here Djou is unfortunately not polling well to win a one on one race. But the good news is there are 2 rats running in this all party ballot special election. So Djou doesn’t even need 40% to win.
