The only thing that would damage Pelosi in that district is to accuse her of supporting Sarah Palin or Michelle Bachmann, and they would merely dump her in favor of someone even more leftist in the primary. Remember, Pelosi and Feinstein are considered "Conservative establishment" types there. Feinstein was the Conservative opposition to Mayor George Moscone and Harvey Milk in the '70s. No joke.
