Arnold couldn’t find anywhere to cut, so why should he believe Whitman can? Arnold also knows that California must not cut important “green” programs that will save the world from global climate warming change and provide millions of “green” jobs for Californians. Additionally, embryonic stem cell research MUST continue with a blank check until it yields something useful, which it very possibly might sometime in the future. Arnold is very smart, and he has his priorities in order.
