Her naked opportunism and laughable unfitness for office are mindboggling.
why is Fran getting in so early? Why not wait ‘til October to get her campaign active, you know, use the element of surprise.
It sounds like Becker is a viable candidate.
Thanks Clintonfatigued
ROTFLMAO!
Interesting that the Long Island Herald totally ignores the two other candidates in the race. Perhaps they want Fran Becker to run because they know McCarthy will beat him.
The two others are myself, Dan Maloney

and Frank Scaturro

Fran Becker is the hand picked candidate of the Mondello political machine which gave us such illustrious candidates as Dede Scozzafava.
Frank is the candidate most liked by the Washington law firms.
I’m the candidate who is not a politician nor concerned with going along to get along to further a political career. I’ll be going down there to fight like hell to overturn the radical agenda the democrats have passed. That fight will not be easy. The press will blast us as the ones who shut down government, obstructionists and all the other names they can think of. For a politician the path we need to take would be suicide for their career. I’m not worried about a career in politics so what the press says is irrelevant as far as I’m concerned.
For those who know my involvement with the Gathering of Eagles and then the Tea Party movement, there can be no question of my commitment to seeing the Obama/Reid/Pelosi agenda totally and completely overthrown, gutted, repealed and relegated to the dustbin of socialist failures.
Dan Maloney
Candidate for Congress

Perhaps the LI Herald doesn’t mention the other two candidates because they have not been endorsed by any major political party. Fran Becker has both the Republican Party endorsement and the NY Conservative Party endorsement.
