Let me see. The federal government is going to sue a party in a federal court. Hmmmm. Kins of like you and me have a dispute and letting my dear old ma settle it. She’s nice ans she’s honest but I don’t like your chances. The idea that the federal government gets to decide what the federal government can do is a tad suspect.
