Obama Fundraises For Sen. Murray; Palin Lends Voice To Underdog
OPB News ^ | August 16, 2010 | Austin Jenkins

Tuesday is primary day in Washington. Democratic Senator Patty Murray will get an assist from President Obama. He's scheduled to headline a fundraiser for her in Seattle. Meanwhile Sarah Palin is lending her voice to an underdog candidate.

The President will make a whirlwind stop in Seattle – part of a five-state campaign and fundraising blitz for vulnerable Democrats.

Murray is running for a fourth term in the U.S. Senate. The primary is expected to make two-time gubernatorial candidate Dino Rossi her official opponent in November.

But former NFL player and eastern Washington farmer Clint Didier isn't giving up. In a last minute blitz, he's sending out robo-calls that feature Sarah Palin taking a swipe at Rossi without naming him.

Sarah Palin: "And unlike establishment candidates who just talk about lower taxes, Clint has signed a pledge to do so. He supports the Arizona law, he supports being energy independent."

Didier is a favorite of Tea Party activists. But Rossi has also signed the Tea Party's "Contract From America."

The two candidates with the most votes in each race advance to the general election.

Notice how she is given equal status with the chief executive of the USA in these articles. What does that tell you?

It tells me that she is someone to be taken seriously. That's why the Lefty-Libs hate her and fear her so much. Sarah; you go girl!!!

Patty Murray is a dips**t. But the voters of Washington are morons (I was one). Obama stumping for Murray is like an episode of the Real Housewives of D.C.

My 3 favorite targets to be retired are Patty Murray, Barbara Boxer and Harry Reid.

If that trifecta hits, I’ll be a very contented person.

You betcha. He's yesterday. She's today, tomorrow and our future if we're going to save and restore our Republic.

“Notice how she is given equal status with the chief executive of the USA in these articles. What does that tell you?”

Obama had no credentials or experience when he ran for the nomination. When McCain picked Palin, the LameStreamMedia(LSM) immediately began comparing Obama to Palin. This was because Obama was so underqualified that no thinking person could have voted for him.

It’s still amazing to me that it worked. Even though Palin didn’t have as much experience as most candidates, she still had way more than BO.

So what it tells me is that the LSM is still playing the same tune. They see Palin as the weakest candidate, and compare BO to her as an equal to make him look better than he is, but there is nothing they can do - he has been exposed as the incompetent boob he is.

He is all hat and no cattle. Plenty of people are going to vote for anybody but Obama, no matter who it is and no matter what LSM thinks.

I was thinking of gracing the rally with a poster saying, “Yo! Zero! Cut the CO2! Fly yo broom!”

Didier will go the Alvin Greene route. Make a name for himself at the start of his political career and then run for a winnable house seat 2 years later-pretty smart.
