Newly minted GOP Senate nominee from Delaware Christine ODonnell singled out former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin for special thanks during her victory speech Tuesday evening.
You betcha! an ebullient ODonnell told cheering supporters, using a Palin catch phrase. Theres another woman Ive gotta thank, you betcha!
When the cheering crowd subsided, ODonnell continued: Thank you governor Palin for your endorsement. Because she got behind us war-weary folks, and gave us a boost of encouragement when we needed it.
And she was a vote against the politics of personal destruction, ODonnell told the enthusiastic throng.
On Sept. 9 a Palin post on her Facebook page drew national attention to O'Donnell's campaign, stating: "A wave of positive change can really sweep across our land with the election of constitutional conservatives who promise to use common sense, and rein in the federal government spending. Please support Christine O'Donnell of Delaware."
O'Donnell expressed the hope that the general election would involve fewer personal attacks.

I can't wait to the see the reaction when Palin finally comes out and endorses "Palin" for 2012.
Love your name!
That was totally uncalled for on Rove’s part. It was just vindictive Republican establishment crapola.
The Tea Party is going to have to totally take over the GOP to make it the party of Reagan again because the people in charge of it view the grassroots as barbarians at the gate.
That’s okay, we can play that game... and win!
Toss ‘em all out.

“Oh yes, Rove was shaken down to his elitist boots”
Yep, just waiting to see what Rush has to say about his good buddy Karl. Should be interesting.
So, what did Hannity say?
thanks! I like your name too. I wanted to go through the TV and punch Rove in the face. He is such an elitist prick but he just represents the establishment of the GOP that is destroying the GOP..in many ways, the establishment is basically the Democrat-lite
The thing is, I was totally surprised by Rove's nastiness toward O'Donnell. It didn't seem like the Rove I've seen on Fox or listened to a few weeks ago when he subbed for Rush. It was odd. Why would you hand the Democrats such ammunition? I wouldn't be surprised if they used Rove's words from tonight in an anti-O'Donnell campaign ad.
I’m watching the re-run on Hannity right now. What a douche bag Karl Rove is!
Nice pic. The Establishment media are going to be defecating masonry by the morning. This is only starting to get fun. BTT.
Awwwwwwwwww that’s so sweet :-)
We don't want to kick them out of the party, just the positions of leadership. Unless we can win with only the votes of true conservatives.
“I wouldn’t be surprised if they used Rove’s words from tonight in an anti-O’Donnell campaign ad.”
I am sure they will use it all. I listened to Chrissy Mathews take on it and he believed she would have a huge bounce out of this. Rove and the rest of them are trying their best to kill whatever momentum she should be getting. I don’t understand it.
“The Establishment media are going to be defecating masonry by the morning.”
They probably have enough for a brick sh*thouse already ... and they will need the shelter if they intend to hold back funding in DE ... they belong in a Grand Old Potty.
MSNBC was the only place I could watch her speech.
