Raese embraces the Palin stamp of approval [Endorses her for president!]

Charleston, West Virginia - Sarah Palin endorsed West Virginia's Republican Senate hopeful John Raese on Twitter this week – but she mistakenly identified him as a candidate in Pennsylvania. (The erroneous tweet was quickly replaced.)

Raese, battling Democratic Gov. Joe Manchin in a race most polls suggest is a toss-up, doesn't seem to mind.

"I am just honored that Sarah Palin would endorse me," he told CNN Friday. "I know my wife and 1,000 conservative women across West Virginia support her very much. I am just pleased to get that endorsement.

GOP candidates running in competitive states and districts this cycle, aware of Palin's polarizing brand, have waffled when asked whether they would back the former Alaska governor as the party's presidential nominee.

But Raese – seeking office in a state where President Obama's disapproval rating is a sky-high 63 percent – isn't one of them.

His answer, when asked if he'd support a Palin candidacy: "Absolutely. Absolutely. I think we have many fine candidates, but if she is our nominee, absolutely."

Sarah P. is having fun today. In an interview with Glenn Beck this morning she called Alan Grayson the `Oddest Duck in Congress`

That's how you answer that question. Miller and O'Donnell take note.

Did Joe Manchin immediately release a statement saying that he was was sure that Palin secretly approved of him more and not only would he support her as president he would also support her as Emperor of Earth?

Inside joke for those not into WV politics. The dem Joe Manchin is trying to fool everybody into thinking that he really is conservative, going as far as shooting the Cap and Trade bill with a rifle (after he pushed for a state version of Cap and Trade last year).

“If she is our nominee” is no more committed than Jeb Bush was (and we know the chances of Jeb supporting Sarah in the primary).

Sarah hasn't announced yet and Raese hasn't committed to somebody who hasn't announced.

So what.

Raese did however imply that Sarah was one of many fine Republican candidates while Jeb simply said that Sarah was better than Obama.

That’s still no more than what Joe Miller said. There’s nothing wrong with it, it just isn’t exactly news or any big deal.

Yeah...

Before we know it. Joe Manchin is going to photo shop himself into a picture with Ronald Reagan and put it on the air.

Seriously? They have to add that there was a typo in her original Tweet to this article? Who else on EARTH do they do this crap too, seriously?

Pathetic, CNN, just pathetic.
