Obama 'doesn't think' about Palin, he says
United Press International ^ | November 24, 2010

"I don't think about Sarah Palin," President Barack Obama tells Barbara Walters in a White House interview.

Obama said he is concentrating on being "the best possible president" rather than the 2012 election, ABC News said in a preview of the conversation.

"Obviously Sarah Palin has a strong base of support in the Republican Party, and I respect those skills," he said. "But I spend most of my time right now on how I can be the best possible president. And my attitude has always been from the day I started this job that if I do a good job and if I'm delivering for the American people the politics will take care of itself."

The interview, which included first lady Michelle Obama, ranged from the strife between North and South Korea to airport screening, the midterm elections, the economy, and Thanksgiving traditions.

Michelle Obama said it's fine to eat what you want on Thanksgiving.

"Don't worry about how much you eat. Just enjoy it," she said. "This is the time. Have pie."

"A Barbara Walters Special: A Thanksgiving Visit with President and Mrs. Obama," is to air Friday at 10 p.m. EST.

Of course the kenyan doesn’t “think about Palin”! She’s a girl! He hates girls!

You are doing a great job and yes, the politics will take care of itself.

Buh-Bye.

Kenyan Loser.

"Two years in and he is still trying? This is not a position where on the job training works!"

A community agitator has no training in governing, only in stirring people up. 0bama is a one-trick puppie.

Oh, let me get down on my knees and thank profusely the First Wookiee for permission to eat what I want, if only for one day!

Barry doesn’t think about anyone , but, himself.
Ok Reggie and Wilson , his basketball .
Not the war in Afghanistan, the economy, North Korea , Iran, etc
If you observe the family dynamics-he’s very strained and cold in public towards his daughters and wife , like they’re strangers.
And the dog might as well be a a potted plant.

Last year, the White House bizarrely refused to release their Thanksgiving menu to the media.
Most presidents would make it public days in advance.
This transparent White House, after media pressure , finally released it ..
on Thanksgiving Day.

Obama Thanksgiving Day Menu / 2009
From The White House

Menu:
Turkey
Honey-Baked Ham
Cornbread Stuffing
Oyster Stuffing
Greens
Macaroni and Cheese
Sweet Potatoes
Mashed Potatoes
Green Bean Casserole

Banana Cream Pie
Pumpkin Pie
Apple Pie
Sweet Potato Pie
Huckleberry Pie
Cherry Pie

Bush family White House Thanksgiving menu

Free-Range Roast Turkey
Cornbread Dressing
Cranberry Sauce
Sautéed Green Beans
Morelia Style Gazpacho with Spinach Salad
Zucchini Gratin
Whipped Maple Sweet Potatoes
Buttered Mashed Potatoes
Giblet Gravy
Fresh Clover Rolls with Honey Butter
Pumpkin Pie with Whipped Topping
Apple Pie
Pumpkin Mousse Trifle
Fresh Fruit Platter

Last year on SportsCenter the guys were discussing Thanksgiving menus.
I can’t remember which black commentator said it, but, he said that in the black community
if you don’t have ham and macaroni and cheese on your menu it’s considered an insult to your guests.
And you never , ever serve pumpkin pie, only sweet potato.
The white guys on the panel had never heard this before nor had I.

"Puppies are cute."

They are also untrained, oblivious to what's going on around them, and they make messes. ( ^8 }

“Who is the someone who gives up the piece of the pie?”

I have to admit that she and her husband will have to pay more taxes if his proposal to raise taxes on the top wage earners makes it through Congress. So I guess she will be giving up a piece of the pie to help out, albeit a quite small piece.

As to the late night order at the Waldorf-Astoria in 2008, well I can’t criticize her for living like a millionaire, since she was one. Though I might be a bit jealous.

Really, we have much bigger issues with these people... Let’s lay off the class warfare stuff.

Ted Kennedy played the class warfare game and fought to keep the estate tax. Bet he didn’t lose half his estate when he died.

To be honest, both the Bush menu and the Obama menu both sound incredible. What is Huckleberry Pie?

Good Lord....113 dollars for gratuity and taxes. Wow! I mean I realize that the food they purchase was a bit pricy but 113 dollars???? Plus they could have been having dinner. It was after four.

I think the gratuity plus taxes was only $103. They tax the gratuity in New York from the looks of that receipt.
