I believe she resigned from the governorship quite a while after the 2008 election.

To 3 - Why don’t the anti-Palins and pro-Palins just take the lady at her word? She’s stated that she’s still thinking about it and hasn’t arrived at a decision. ‘Impatience’ is not a virtue.
I’d still vote for her, but I’d have to tell her it could never work between us. Also, conservative women, by and large, tend to be beautiful, while lefty women tend to be hairy ugly cows. So there is a flaw in your premise.

How does a candidate “act.” If you read her first book, she explained that she is an unconventional candidate. As an example, candidates normally leave their families in the shadows on the campaign trail till the nomination, she takes her family everywhere with her. I’m happy she’s not acting as a candidate.

The response alone will send most of her lilly-livered opposition scurrying like roaches for any hole they can crawl into to hide. Sarah is a force of Nature pressed on by God Himself. I would say "God help those who stand against her," except that I know He won't.

You have made a good point which I will concede. There is a flaw in my premise. Conservative women are babes. They smile and have a good outlook on life. Liberal women are hags and nags, bitter and ugly.
