In an interview yesterday with Scott Hennen, former Clinton campaign manager James Carville admitted he was worried that President Obama can't dig himself out of the hole he has dug for himself and the country. He then went on to completely dismiss the candidacy of Herman Cain.
Carville: "Everything worries me in this environment. Nobody's gotten elected with these kinds of numbers. So, I'm worried in the general election."
When asked about the chances of Cain replacing the President, the 'serpent-headed' Carville said "Herman Cain is not going to be the president of anything.... Herman Cain is a salesman."
I didn't come up with the serpent-head myself. Carville's wife former Bush and Cheney assistant Mary Matalin did.

Herman Cain is a salesmanThis keeps coming up.
Actually, Herman is a highly trained analytical person who became a turnaround specialist (some selling required but mostly analytical, managerial, and execution skills needed). He also happens to be a natural and inspirational leader.
But saying Cain is a salesman ignores the largest part of who he is.
I am guessing that Carville isn't familiar with Cain's resume and is assuming because he isn't a professional politician that he is just a fast talker (i.e. salesman).
