Someone mentioned concealed carry permit and the dumbass says in his second post “I’m game”. Sounds like a threat to me. Tough to say you were kidding when you post the same sentiment twice.

1. At the time I got my own screengrab of this page (about 10:10 AM CST), the post had been up over 48 hours.
2. There were several people who claimed to have reported this to Facebook at that time, with no result; and,
3. Once I had my screengrab, I made my own report to Facebook, after which I could no longer see the "offensive" post via my FB account. This leads me to think that ...
When it gets a report perhaps FB makes the "offensive" post invisible to the person reporting it, though it is still visible to everyone else.

Most of these cases are minor nuisance charges, some traffic cases, and a few injunctions. It seems that Ms. Cowan has a fondness for seeing her name in the "police beat" page of the newspaper. I'm sure her parents are gratified that she has risen to such a level of notoriety in Dane County, 26 square miles of insanity (Berkeley East) surrounded by the real world.
