IMHO. It is very important for the Hispanic Americans to hear from him a good word for Newt. Especially after the fall out of Marco asking Newt to pull off the ad about immigration.
Dated January 22. Seems to be an endorsement for North Carolina—which is good. But didn’t he also more recently say in Florida that Mitt helped him a lot? That seemed like an endorsement. Maybe it was just the press who played it that way.

Newt will be on CSPAN at 1:30 central time speaking at “The Villages” in Florida. The Villages is mainly for retired people.
Maybe it’s 12:30 central time; can’t tell. Just says “live shortly”.
