Rick is a conservative who speaks his mind and lets the chips fall where they may.
Naturally many of his words are going to be twisted and taken out of context by his opponents on both the “Right” and Left and other words will just be rejected for being conservative.
I like Rick and so does Mark Levin and Rush Limbaugh (and when one has tens of millions of devoted listeners then one may weigh their, by comparison, insignificant opinion against theirs) plus he is leading in the national polls in spite of well financed and very ugly smear campaigns against him, again from both the Left and the “Right.”
Unlike many others I will not defend my candidate by slinging mud at the others--I will just stand by my tagline.

Candidates ought to tell us why we should vote for them, and refrain from telling us why we should vote against their opponent.

Up until this point Rick Santorum has been doing that quite well. This week we’ll see how Rick performs with the circular firing squad’s guns upon him.
