Skip to comments.Palin: Rosen's comments have awoken a lot of mamma grizzlies

Sarah Pain on Fox News Channel about Democratic strategist and CNN contributor Hilary Rosen's criticism about Ann Romney being a stay at home mother.: Look at what is going on today with Hilary Rosen. She, who has the ear of the president, who is advising the Democrat Party and making such disrespectful comments about a woman who has made a very honorable choice to stay home and do the toughest job, the most important job there is, and that's raising good kids.
The comments Hilary made Thursday has awoken a lot of MAMMA grizzly women across the nation. I have gotten lots of e-mails. Some (said) finances weren't a factor in their choice to stay home. And the message seems to be: Why is it that some on the left choose to divide, to insite with comments like that instead of just respecting women's choices and what they want to do with the gifts that God has given them, how they want to contribute because we all have opportunities to contribute....

Sarah Pain[sp] on Fox News Channel....
I so wish she was running, I’d be out there pounding the pavement for her. I’ll vote for romney if he’s the nominee, but I’m going to have a real hard time trying to convince anyone else to do so.
As I’ve said, I would’ve raised $2 million dollars for her.
I intend to actively campaign against Romney and for Virgil Goode. The republican party is dead to me.
Especially around here.
I’m with you— the enemy must be defeated. Those who say there’s not a lick of difference between W(M)R and BHO fail to recognize that W(M)R is not out to destroy, deliberately, his country, and that any damage he does will be (a) less and (b) an unintended consequence.
BHO is the enemy, and supporter of the enemies, of the USA. W(M)R at least means well.
(Have you seen my post that begins “In my dreams...”? I have repeated it and others have quoted it...)
I agree in that Romney is probably a well-intentioned socialist, but he is still a socialist... to simplify things even more, a socialist that loves to work is more damaging than a socialist that hates to work. If you think it is bad now, just wait until Willard shakes that etch a sketch after Labor Day.
insite? Freudian slip? Who the hell writes like THIS for money?
——I so wish she was running, Id be out there pounding the pavement for her. Ill vote for romney if hes the nominee, but Im going to have a real hard time trying to convince anyone else to do so.——
I was a big Sarah supporter, but I am very disappointed with her. She was the only potential nominee who could have raised enough money to compete with Romney. She now owns him.
Public school policy has now dropped the word parent from speeches and texts. The new term is "resident guardian".
The day may come when we’re sitting around a fire in the wreckage of what was once America.
I’m not going to be the one who says “dangit, I should have voted for the Republican one more time.”
What Sarah said. And I have to say I was impressed with Ann Romney’s classy responses. She is most definitely an asset. Good for them both.
Looks like y’all missed this thread: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2871012/posts
It ain't over till it's over Sarah.
And if the COST OF GOVERNMENT wasn’t 40% of every family’s income, and the Government did not DEVALUE OUR CURRENCY BY OVER 90% in the last 35 years, maybe, just maybe more Women would have a CHOICE. Nah just because it worked before doesn’t mean it still will.
Why are these Dems hating and making war on the poor welfare moms!! What if they have not worked a day in their lives?? Dems....stop the hate on welfare moms!
Reading this thread title is like hearing fingernails running down a chalkboard.
Makes you wonder about the headline writer’s education (or lack of.)
At the risk of sounding like The Vocabulary Police.....I have to agree with you.
Agreed, but it’s real hard to vote when the choice is between a socialist and a communist - BOTH are bad, just one is worse sooner.
I take that more as a ban on actively campaigning for W(M)R (absolutely no danger of my doing that!) rather than a ban on favoring the defeat of BHO at the hands of the (R) nominee (whosoever that will be).
If the owner wishes to correct me, he may.
If you think Mitt Romney is the one who can save America, or even slow its decline, I think you’re sorely mistaken.
Virgil Goode would get my support any day of the week. I’d hope he’d at least use some of it to redesign his web site, though; it’s downright embarrassing compared to almost any other candidate’s.
I hope you enjoy 4 more years of obama then
The democrats prefer your kids be raised by daycare and the state where they can be better indoctrinated to align their views with the state versus the family, therefore be better servants to the whims of the state. And men are forced to be out of the house much more through corporate management’s direction such as mandatory unpaid overtime, weekend work.
Then there's..."Why is it that some on the left choose to divide, to insite with comments like that..."
Romney? None of the above.
I did, finally, hear something I like about Romney from former GE CEO Jack Welch:
If Romneys long record suggests anything, its that he knows how to manage people and organizations to get things accomplished without a lot of internecine warfare.
Whoa Nelly, hold me back....this excitement is too much for me...
The day may come when were sitting around a fire in the wreckage of what was once America.
Im not going to be the one who says dangit, I should have voted for the Republican one more time.
Good for you. I am not going to be the one who thinks to himself (because he won’t say it out loud): “I wish to God I had seen that setup before I helped it come to pass.”
I’d like to hear Palin’s thought’s on her fellow Fox associate Greta Van Susterin’s comments backing up Rosen’s statements and twisting Rosen’s words into interpreting them in a way which is supposed to appease the Rosen backlash. Greta got schooled by Carl Rove on this issue and instead of conceding Greta was wrong for siding with “her friend” Rosen, she is doubling down on this lose/lose situation for her.
